HOW TO MAKE A
DEPOSIT

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on the deposit tab.
3. Make your deposit through our various payment options.
4. Select the product you wish to deposit into.
5. Enter the deposit details and submit your request.

HOW TO MAKE A
WITHDRAW

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the withdrawal tab.
3. Enter amount you wish to withdraw.
4. Submit your request.

HOW TO MAKE A
TRANSFER

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the transfer tab.
3. Select from the produce list from the funds you wish to transfer from and to. (Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account for the transfer to avoid rejection.) Bonus funds are non-transferable.
4. Submit your request.

Your request will be verified in a short while. Once your account is verified, you will be sent an email with your new product account or have your existing product account balance top-up. (Each customer is only allowed to have 1 account for each product available.)
